Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 to 14 days (based on product category) from the date of delivery.
  • Certain items like perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.


3. Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with your order details and reason for exchange.


7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • After this period, cancellation may not be possible, and you may have to wait for the order to arrive and then request a return.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
